This is only a simple question, because I did not find the
answer anywhere. Which languages are actually available?
I live in Sweden and would prefer OS in this language.
Anybody knowing?

Hi,

select the Swedish language during the install process, you will still have to redo it after installation:

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1699
