im new to using zorin and have downloaded mcaffe internet security but i have no idea how to install it can anyone help please

Hi and Welcome! You don't need McAfee Internet Security! That is for Windows, not GNU/Linux! You don't need to pay for securit applications for Zorin. Firstly it has a firewall built-in and switched on (Zorin 8), second if you want to ensure that you don't want to pass on virus laden files via e-mail there is clamav, and to seek out rootkits, chkrootkit.
