Parallels Installation

I have a new iMac I just purchased, I want to be able to run Zorin 9 (or 8 if necessary) along side of OSX, so I purchased and installed Parallels 9 for Mac, but I cannot get Zorin to load into the virtual machine. So, my question, can you help me with instructions for loading Zorin on Parallels, or if not, what do I do to get help with this issue?

Hi, I don't own a Mac but what you need is 'rEFIt':

Please be advised that Zorin 8 reaches end-of-life on 17.7.2014!
