Nividia Display Drivers GeForce 210

Why can I not update these drivers ? I find them on additional drivers, but when I go to apply changes, nothing happens ! Yes I have reinstalled Zorin OS 9 Ultmate , and updated ! Is there a bug somewhere that cause this ? Cause the one
test I can't install !

Hi, try this from a Terminal (Ctrl+ Alt+ T):
