I downloaded from your website the OS 9.1 several times thinking that I had a bad down load.
When I try to install the software to my hardware I cannot because it does not recognize them for one reason or the other.
When my external hard drive is plugged in it does see it. What step am I missing? Your help Is greatly appreciated. Damien

Hi and welcome! If you are trying to install Zorin to your main drive you should not have any external drives present during install as it could delete anything on them! Before you install any GNU/Linux, you should (where possible) choose a 'live' distro (not all of them do, but Zorin does), and boot into 'live' mode - the first menu option and you may have to edit the boot command line by pressing the 'Tab' or 'E' key and enter:
