Installation Problems

I have downloaded the ISO 2 separate times and have 3 discs with Zorin OS on it. The installation process never gets past the "Creating User" section. I have no idea what is wrong with the installation. I have run Zorin quite magnificently for over 6 months with no problems but trying to re-install the OS onto a different PC (Since my old PC that has it is on the way out) with a blank hard drive has caused me nothing but trouble. Please advise.

Also, is this Zorin 6 or Zorin 9? 64-bit or 32-bit, Core or Lite?

Did you check the md5sum of the downloaded .iso?

Did you use a Download Accelerator Manager? - this can corrupt downloaded .iso files!

What software did you use to burn the discs and at what speed?
