Eror 28 Not Enough Space Virtual Box

I am trying to install in VirtualBox. I keep getting an error that I do not have enough space which is incorrect. I have an Asus M5A97 LE 2.0 with a 128 SSD partitioned into c:(Win 7 OS and d: virtual box. I have 50 gig on the d: partition. Data is on e: Users folder has been moved to e along with appdata.

The virtual machine is loading onto d but fails
