Does any one know how I can revert back to wine 1.3.26? The latest update has broke my app so it will not run.

I would remove Wine and download an older deb package and install that, make sure you lock the version in Synaptic or it will update!!.

actually I found a bug report on the app and all it took is deleting a file to make it work. Thanks for the reply.
