Desktop effects not working

Cheers,
I setup a friends Toshiba Satellite L775-S524 Zorin. She likes Zorin, even over Windows 7, but the desktop effects (wobbly windows) does not work. This is a new pc and I think that it should work.

System > Preferences > Appearance > Vistual Effects = What;s checked there? Check "Extra" and ok. If the video card can handle it, it will work; if not, then it will revert to :Normal" or "None"

Also, is compiz installed? Run these commands in the terminal:

sudo apt-get --yes -q --force-yes install compiz
sudo apt-get --yes -q --force-yes install compiz-core
sudo apt-get --yes -q --force-yes install compiz-fusion-*
sudo apt-get --yes -q --force-yes install compiz-gnome
sudo apt-get --yes -q --force-yes install compiz-plugins
sudo apt-get --yes -q --force-yes install compizconfig-settings-manager
