Flash Player Vulnerable on Chromium?

I saw on the Mint forum that Flash Player can be vulnerable on Chromium. I just started using Chromium, and really like it. I checked to see if Flash Player was one of my plug-ins, and it is not listed. So it doesn't look like I even have it. But I want to be on the safe side, as this appears to be a potentially dangerous vulnerability. I'm not even sure what I have instead of Flash Player. I haven't even tried a video yet. I guess I should do that and see what happens?

Edit: Just played a video on Weather Nation. It worked very well. But I don't know what player it used. Guess I'll check out the Chromium Forum about this.

OK, so it appears I have Pepperflash, not Adobe Flash, on my Chromium. That makes me feel better. Whatever it is, it works well.
