What commands do I use in the terminal, to see the 'user log file'?

Only discovered this myself today!:

But you won't find it in Zorin that readily!

Open a Terminal (Menu | Accessories | Terminal or Ctrl+ Alt+ T) and enter:

After which you can create a launcher in the panel for it after it has started:
