TRIM

Hi! I am a new user. I am running Zorin OS 9 on a 2008 pc. I installed a 240gb Kingston SSD and I am wondering if I should activate the weekly TRIM command. I checked out the ubuntu guidance on how to do it but I couldn't find this file: /etc/cron.daily/trim. Should I create it?
