installing KK flash tool

I am trying to install the KK flash tool on my computer and I have downloaded the program but cannot get it to work.
It says to install JVM but I am sure this is already installed but I do not know how to check this.
I have java 8 installed on my firefox browser.

Any help will be great as I am at a loss with this sort of thing.
