Remove suspend & hibernate from Zorin Lite session menu

Per the link below, it seems that if you have an SSD drive, it is wise to disable hibernation and suspend.

I also wanted to remove them from the Zorin Lite session menu. I only really want shut down and restart since I am the only one who uses this laptop. And since shutdown only takes about 5 sec and startup only takes about 20 sec, I don't see any benefit to using suspend and hibernate.

I am not concerned about the logoff and other options. As best as I can tell from research, they do not seem to have any potential adverse affect on the SSD.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Not sure if this will work as it was for 10.04 Ubuntu - Zorin Lite is based on Lubuntu 14.04 - back up any critical data before 'playing'!

Thanks for the link. I did find that in my search as well. I did try it, but suspend and hibernate are still showing on the session menu.

Any other suggestions?
