I love zorin, but i would try this theme. How can I try it in zorin 10'

Please be aware that Zorin 10 is no longer supported from 31.1.2016. That theme you quoted would be compatible with Zorin 11 but not sure if it would install. I would advise installing Cairo-Dock DE on Zorin 9:
