Internet access

Aloha!
Zorin OS 9 won´t connect with the internet. I have deleted software, that i never use, just to clean up my harddrive and create space. I run Zorin OS 9 and Windows 7 parallel to each other (dual boot?). Then later the software updater has offered to update software. I clicked ok. Like I always do, it´s never a problem. Now neither Google Chrome nor Firefox get into the internet. I called my provider. The telephone (same connection as internet) functions. The provider said there is a signal and ironically Windows 7 accesses the web. So the problem must be inside Zorin. I have no idea where to start. Please help.
Thanks in advance and kind regards.

P. S.: I am a native speaker of german. Please excuse my mediocre english.

Please open a terminal (Ctrl+ Alt+ T) and enter:

Code:
lspci

copy and paste to Menu | Accessories | Text Editor - save the document and copy to your Windows partition (C:\Users\your username\documents) and post back here. ;) :D

Bitte öffnen Sie ein Terminal (STRG + ALT T) und geben Sie

Code:
lspci

Kopieren und einfügen Menü | Zubehör | Text-Editor - speichern Sie das Dokument und die Kopie auf Ihrer Windows-Partition (C:\Users\your Username\documents) und wieder hier posten.

Hi!
I wrote CODE. SELECT ALL lspci in the terminal and clicked ENTER. It reads the following:

ralf@Wumpi:~$ CODE: SELECT ALL lspci
CODE:: command not found
ralf@Wumpi:~$ [/b][/b]

How can I copy it to my Windows partition (and what does it have to do with Zorin internet access)?
Regards
R. J.

Hi, sorry, my bad fo not explaining - when you click on 'select all' it copies 'lspci' to your clipboard - then just select 'paste' once your terminal is open then press 'Enter'. ;) :D

Hi!
I have opened the terminal, clicked "select all". The "paste"-command was grey (not active). I have checked if there was anything in the clipbooard by pasting in libre office, but there was nothing. I wrote lspci by hand and clicked enter. It reads as follows:
