Zorin OS 9 Ultimate Problems; Graphics and Updating

Greetings. When installing Zorin OS 9 Ultimate, I am getting errors. First we shall start with the updates. When updating my OS, I get an error message that says; 'Package operation failed
The installation or removal of a software package failed.' More into what the terminal says; http://pastebin.com/E2HBPg3a

The second issue I am having is the graphics driver. When I install the tested and recommended driver, I restart my computer and go to login. it signs me on, but kicks me right back to the login screen. More on that below; (See attachment)

Nouveau drivers should be the default ones when you install.

Not sure what is going wrong with your updates but see here:

Further in Software Updater - first tab - make sure your upadates are set to 'Main Server' to avoid issues. ;) :D
