Need to modify username

Good morning Zorin community! I am looking at changing my username on the site. I used to go under MrNuminix for other forums, however are wanting to change my username. However, when I went under the user control panel, there is no option to change this. I have tried to register using a different email, however I am getting told that Hotmail accounts are not allowed?

How can I change my username or register a new username using my Hotmail account? Thank you for your assistance. :D

Below is a screenshot of the registration issue with my Hotmail address. All fields have been blacked-out for obvious reasons...
