How do I remove workspaces in Zorin Lite 11?

Hey everyone, I was wondering how to remove workspaces completely in Zorin 11 Lite.

I installed Zorin with the help of a friend for my GF's netbook so she can use it at school for presentations. We're not accustomed to workspaces, and she fears that if we're not the one using the netbook to show slides - the person using it might make a mistake and switch the workspaces.

I already removed the scroll touchpad shortcut somehow with the help of some google searches, but how do I remove it completely as I've been able to transfer whole windows out of the current workspace accidentally.

Thank you in advance!

I clicked the link and tried it out, here are the results -

For 14.04
- I removed the icon

For 13.04
- There is no appearance setting

For 12.10 and later
- I get this result - No such schema 'org.compiz.core'

Perhaps because as you mentioned in my other post, that Zorin 11 Lite is based on Lubuntu and not Unity?
