Hello, fellow users!
I am new to this forum and also quite new to the OS. I have used Ubuntu a while ago and the fact that I'm getting at is, does Zorin OS have native support for QCAD?
I have installed the Windows version through WIne, but would be interested to hear from anyone about this.

Hi, I don't believe any Windows application can run in GNU/Linux without the use of WINE or Cross-Over from Codeweavers - but even then not all Windows Applications will necessarily run.

Yes, I know what you mean, but Ubuntu supports QCAD natively. That's why I was asking, because it doesn't seem to work natively on Zorin.

Interesting! Was that even without having WINE running somehow in the background?

Qcad works just fine on zorin. Just download the tar.gz and unzip to folder of your choose. Then launch it from that folder ./qcad.
