Notifications Applet not Loading

I changed the date format in the bottom lower corner of the applet and now it does not show anything...
The error path is
/usr/lib/awn/applets/indicator3-applet-helper

It is blank..How do I get the time/ network controller / Battery / Volume Control to show up?
System Settings (Control Panel) has disappeared as well...
