Upgrading Kernel?

I noticed on the latest version of Linux Mint that you could upgrade the Linux kernel the OS uses, is that possible in Zorin-if so is it stable? I'm asking because I've heard the newer the kernel is, the more security fixes it's supposed to have.

Hi, whilst that might be true there can also be stability issues - you can indeed upgrade to a newer kernel by following these steps given here:
