[SOLVED] Zorin OS 9 boot problem

I have installed Zorin OS 9, but when I boot I get this message: "BusyBox V1.21.1 (Ubuntu 1:1.21.0-1ubuntu1) built-in shell(ash) Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands
(initramfs)" On previous Zorin OS 9 installation on another computer I did not run into this. How do I get around this? Thanks

Have done all that was suggested, [including trying to force mount from prompt] problem still not solved. Am trying to install again with Windows cleanly shut down [since that was suggested as problem, not cleanly shut down before Zorin installation] Thanks for the links and suggestions.

OK, got the right link. Went to site, followed directions in step one to open in windows a CMD prompt and enter chkdsk c :/f Instead of expected results I got this message: "Access Denied as you do not have sufficient privileges. You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode." So do any of you know how to get around this? Thanks.

found answer online... disregard, see edited original post. thanks

Put Zorin os 12.4 on sda7, but doesn't show up as option when computer turns on -- how to access and how to get it in first options?

Is this a dual boot with Windows machine?
