Hi all,
I'm new to using Zorin os or any linux distro for that matter.
I had previously used DBAN on my computer to wipe everything.
I installed Zorin os and I am having issues viewing my external hard drive.
When I go to Computer the hard drive is shown while plugged in; It shows up as Toshiba External USB 3.0.
When I double click on it, I receive the error: "Unable to access location, Can't mount file."
I have created a mount directory, but I'm not sure if I did it correctly.
I'm not sure if the external drive is partitioned and I'm not sure if that is relevant information either.
Also to note I was previously able to use it on my laptop (which is an HP Envy Sleekbook 6) before the wipe.
I do remember creating a password as a security feature for the external drive as well.
I've tried some of the commands in the terminal on issues that look similar to mine but nothing has came from it.
