Ubuntu Xernial caused system problems

Today I was offered to upgrade to Xernial and that caused problem with the desktop.

The toolbar won't load properly and the app icons are too big

You have corrupted your Zorin with some Ubuntu packages - you may need to reinstall and check that in Software Updates that check for latest release is set to NEVER.
