is happening that my desktop webcam has stopped working, Cheese says "device was not found",

Hi, have you installed any kernel updates recently or made any software changes before this happened? Have you tried removing and reinserting or trying a different USB port?

Thank you friends,
No problem with usb ports, and now with other OS (12 beta) the problem continuing so I guess problem is the web cam
