Hi there,

On the dutch communtity Zorin OS forum do i have two people with the same problem on Zorin OS 9 Core.
When they open Firefox and surf to outlook.com they both can't sign in.

Strange thing is they can sign in in Windows and Ubuntu
but when tey start using Zorin OS 9 Core they can not sign in to outlook.

What can be the problem? :roll:

I would just like to clarify.

You are unable to loginto only outlook.com, or are you unable to access any secure sites?

What is the error that you are getting, can you take a screenshot and remove any personal info and post it here?

Have you tried using a different browser?

Have you attempted to login using "https://www.outlook.com/owa/" or "https://outlook.office365.com/owa/" ?

Let us know if either of these options work, if neither do please run the following and post the output.
Code:
curl -v "https://outlook.office365.com/owa/"

It should end up looking something like the following
Code:
$ curl -v "https://outlook.office365.com/owa/"

Just to add, at work (it does not affect me as I don't normally access work email from home) the establishment were concerned of peoples work/life balances and turned off access to emails after 7 pm and back on at 6 am. The only way to access outlook was to use the non-365 owa appllication! ;) :D
