Cannot move a file to Trash

I tried Zorin OS two months ago (Live CD) and I'm satisfied. But there is something I cannot figure out. I cannot move any file to Trash. I only delete it. When I try to move a file to Trash, I get a message: "... can't be put in trash. Do you want to delete it immediately?" Is there any way to fix this issue?

Hi, take a look at this post that worked for someone using Ubuntu 14.04 on which Zorin 9 is based:

OK, thank you for answering me. I'll try what you suggest me. I hope we'll have this option in next upgrade of Zorin OS.

It's not a Zorin issue, it appears to be an Ubuntu issue on which Zorin is merely a fork - but Ubuntu won't sort it out for Zorin users!
