I have an "Unbranded" brand tablet from Best Buy. It's a lightweight 10.1" touchscreen tablet that came with Windows 8.1 installed and later upgraded to Windows 10. Any clue if Spring is compatible? I have an accessory keyboard with a bootable USB port from which I can install pretty much anything. I've worked with Linux on VPS's, so that's not an issue. I just want to know if this would make a decent touchscreen tablet.
Suggestions?

Thanks for the link. I guess it will just require installing various distros to see what sticks (if any.) Windows 10 installs just fine, and is quite usable, but I'd really love to see how (newer) Linux distros fare.
