Zorin 12 update flashplayer

In Zorin 12 as a newbie to linux how can I update flashplayer in Chromium. Adobe's website I'm able only to download it as a tar.gz file. Which I presume is a compressed format. Is there any way to update without using terminal. My skills in terminal are very limited. Thanks for any help ...

Hi, Have you ensured that you have updated your system after installation? Here is a screenshot of YouTube running on my desktop:

Also make sure that you change your sources from your country's server to 'Main Server'.
