Zorin 12 Printer install gets forgotten [solved]

I open the printers dialogue from Settings, find my network printer, drivers are downloaded and the printer I set the printer to default

but

Next time I go to print there are no printers installed.

Any ideas?

Hi, I know it is bizarre but a while back I learned that if you are installing a network printer you should do it via the terminal using:

Code:

system-config-printer

You may want to gksudo that code too.
