Installation Internal Error (OS 12 Ultimate)

I bought Zorin OS 12 Ultimate, and every time I try and install it (32 and 64 bit) I'm faced with "Sorry, Zorin 12 has experienced an internal error". I've already verified the ISO's aren't corrupted so that can't be the issue. I'm trying to install on an HP EliteBook 8460p that currently runs Zorin OS 11 Ultimate.

I was able to get the install completed through secure erasing the disc and running the installer, I'm assuming it's because the previous version was encrypted and couldn't be modified.
