hello,

i'm new to Zorin - so have a lot to learn :)

for some reason, on software & updates>updates, i can't enable any of the three options under "install updates from" (please see screenshot). what happens is that (for instance) i click on "important security updates", i'm prompted to enter my password...and nothing happens. the little box remains blank (i tried repeatedly).

i can't remember, but i think that (on Ubuntu) I had that option enabled.

any idea? can you please help? plz also see what i enabled under "Zorin software" and "other software" (screenshots) and advise on a) whether i've done the right thing, b) i'd need to enable the options under "install updates from" as well.

many thanks in advance!

The security boxes not being able to be checked is an interface issue that has bugged ubuntu for some time and as Zorin is a fork, the same applies - it DOES NOT mean security updates won't get installed! ;) :D
