(SOLVED) Zorin 12 Ultimate: Favourites gone AWOL

This has happened before - but they normally return.

My Zorin 12 Ultimate Favourites have gone AWOL.

How can I prompt their return, please?

Hi, do you have 'gnome-tweak-tool' installed ('Tweak Tool' in the menu)? If you have, go to 'Extensions' in the left pane then scroll down and make sure all Zorin extensions are switched to 'ON'

I also found that powering my laptop off and then restarting it brought my favourites back into view.
