How to clone my z5 32 bit to a usb stick??

Hello I have zorin 5 32 bit and I want to know what part of my install do I
load to a USB stick so I can install on other pc's. Installing that will install
an updated install so there are no updates to do correct?

I know there is a way, just do not know what part of my install to use to
put on the stick to install on other towers.
