zorin os 2011 look and feel

hi everybody, i'm trying to get the look and feel of the latest "zorin os 2011" i've watched on youtube here:

Can anyone tell me how to do this, i've downoaded the full Azenis theme "http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Azenis+Theme+Pack?content=108882" and i was not able to install it
