Hello,

Usually I am connected to wifi.

For reasons of transfer of large files and speed I connect the wired network. Unfortunately I have to restart the machine for it to be detected!

Is there a way that he detects it automatically?

I tried restarting networking, without result!
Is there an command? a tool?

Thank you

Hi sharky,

unclear to me which version of Zorin you are using but go to menu/system settings/network. I am using Ultimate.

you can put both wired ON and same time Wi-Fi ON you are using (mostly password protected)

for instance when using Wi-Fi and connecting during a download session the ethernet cable such action does not require any command. the OS picks up automaticaly the wired link in addition.
