Password and default OS boot???

Two questions...

When I get asked for my password on Zorin 12.2, it doesn't work. I set it to always logged in on installation, and made sure the password was very simple, and entered correctly on both lines. Is this some glitch? How can i reset the password, or even disable it?

I'm dual booting with Windows XP, and want Windows XP to be the default boot, what's the quickest way to move it to the top of the list above Zorin and the two mem test lines?

Also I think I want Zorin to be 2nd on that boot list, above both mem test.

Also I have no sound. Only in XP I have sound, and I have installed the drivers for the sound in XP.
