Is it possible to add an UBUNTU PC into a Windows 10 home network group?
If yes, how?

Some interesting hints here:

and here:

Could not find anything regards Windows 10 specifically.

Keep us posted.

For what it is worth, my Zorin 12 laptop had to join a Windows XP network to drive my old Epson printer, which is attached to the XP desktop. All worked out well.

No real problems as I remember (mainly knowing which option to follow) - I seem to remember using my Zorin username or password at some point - there is an old posting of mine about printers, which might give you a lead.

Hopefully Windows 10 improves upon XP in this regard - perhaps not when you think of things that used to be standard in Windows.

A lot of it is to do with when Windows changes the goalposts - a bit like Apple when it releases a new iOS - With Zorin 11 on a notebook at work I used to be able to access all folders on an iPad 2. ;) :D
