Big Big Bugs in Zorin os 12

Hi i have a problem with my zorin os 12 i've got install in my computer .
When i start it up the boot screen look normal but when the login screen comes i've got the aperence of ubuntu 16.04 lts mogin screen and i can't login in my accout or with a invited sesion !

Sorry if my english is bad im a french personne so i don't no all of the english words .

Hello, I am thinking in some options. Did you verify you have a right version of your copy?, as it is explained here https://zorinos.com/help/install-zorin-os/

You can also try applying the updates. Go to " software and updates " from the start menu.

Did you try to install again? Which version are you using Core, Lite or Ultimate?

My advice would be to reinstall but DON'T apply any updates UNTIL you have changed your Software Sources from your Country's Server to Main Server.
