Need advice on Graphic app

Hello, I need an app to edit pictures in massively in Zorin Lite , the color balance isn't good, and I am not an expert to work with corel / Gimp or advace software. (yes! i found gimp difficult).
I install XnConvert but i don't like its insterface, it doesn't have a bar with direct access to the tools

Thank you1. I am taking a look at the options, I hope I find one that allows me to change color balance massibely, since I have 200 pictures from work to arrange.
