1px to lineborder on maximized window (Lite)

I'm used to close windows by clicking the right or left top corner on Windows or Mac.
On Zorin OS Lite (Xfce) there is a 1px lineborder on the top while a window is maximized.
So when I'm moving the pointer to the most top right corner with a quick mouse move, I have additionally focus the pointer on the X sign.
It is not possible just to move the pointer to the corner when closing windows.

I wonder if it is mouse issue. You could always use Alt+ F4 just like Windows. ;) :D

No, it's not a mouse issue. The same feature features the default theme Greybird in Xubuntu. That theme also removes the top 1px border when maximized, so I can close all windows when the cursor is at the top.

Here is an example from Windows, see - no top lineborder:

From my desktop, I can see a 1 px around the whole window if I shrink it and suspect it is part of Zorin Theming. If you have an issue with focus perhaps selecting the top most option in Window Manager Tweaks may help?:
