Is there a way to clean broken dependencies and Objetive Packages duplicated? in Software&Updates Manager?

You could install Bleach-bit? You have to run Bleach-bit 'Root' first, before running 'normal' Bleach bit. ;) :D

Hi pcfan5

"bleach-bit" can be a one-way ticket for destroying your system

just make a backup first :)

cheers

Thanks zorinantwerp, I have heard of others having issues but when I did use it I don't remember having critical issues. I had forgotten about the obvious one:

FSlint Janitor:

Thank you guys. I meant a way to fix all the dependencies duplicated or broken that the update manager tells me that I have

Hi, that is where FSlint comes in and checks for duplicates - it was in the blurb of the screenshot I posted? You could also try from a terminal, preferably Xterm,

Code:
sudo dpkg --configure -a

and if that does not work, boot with a wired connection to router, hit escape key to see Grub, choose second menu option then advanced mode to go into 'safe mode' boot, then when Menu appears, select 'DPKG' to check for missing dependencies etc. Let it run, when finished DON'T select continue but power-off and reboot (acknowledgements to Wolfman on earlier Zorin releases). ;) :D

thanks for you replay. I had to make a fresh installation so I don't have the chance to try your suggestion, but will keep it in mind.
