cd/dvd drive not showing

i just installed the latest zorin 12.3 ? and I have no cd/dvd drive showing at all in file managers, thunar, dolphin , default installed manager.

How do I get them to show up? thanks

I run Zorin 12.3 Ultimate (paid version)

guess what - no cd player in my menu but when I insert a disc....
