Emergency Mode , Help.

Hello, today I needed to set back my "date and time" configuration (I needed my computer to be set on May just to create a writte document with that date, sorry If this is silly). I couldn't do it from the configuration, it was blocked and didn't unblock so I went to the bios and set it from there.
After that I keep getting an screen where it says :

Then It goes to "emergency mode journalctl -xb", after this I get the zoring grub menu and the only way to start my system is by sellecting kernel 4.130-43, (recovery), have selected fsck option in one try and continue with normal start, in another try I also repair borken packages , I have access to the system after that, but I am not an expert and dont' know what is happening, neither how to ckeck the system while I am ussing it.

Which info should I provide?. I am under zorin lite 12.3
PS: Screen resolution is changed, for worse, and dont have all the options in "screen" settings

tried to come up with a solution in libreoffice was i did not find
look here but changing your bios clock is something I would hesitate to do

Hi, thanks for all reply. It isn't my prerrogative to chance my clock time now. I am wondering about emergency mode, and that I wasn't able to enter my system, which I only could fix by selecting in grub mode my kernel version and the option upstar.. (I think, I don't remember quite sure , it is the one in the midle), but I chose it without knowing its function.

update: my computer doesn't start, the system seems to be broken. I only get this message busy box v1.22 buil in shel (ash) press help (initrams)i also see in screen (after trying to boot from advance options in grub) Print-req_erro:I/O error, dev sda, sectro 3356588. buffer I/o error on dev sda2 , logical block 4195224, async page... ata4: EH complete Error reading block 4195224 (atempt to real block from file system resulted in short read) while gettin next inode from scan. Unexpected incosistency; run fsck manyally... (...) fsck exited with status code 4. done . I don't know how to run this.

you have no backup? you can insert an SSD in your laptop and start all over? you have important personal files to salavage from the "old" hard disk?

Update, as I don't know how or which comand to run from terminal I did this booted from USB , open Reddo back up tool ,I run several test from it, I run fsdk from a gparted utility, it says the disk is healthy, and it says it fixed something but doesn't say what. I also run another test which also said the disk is helthy, I can enter now to the system. My disk is GPT particioned, so that I wasn't able to run fsdk from terminal (provided by "Reddo") becuse this format isn't supported by it. Which is the best tool to test the whole disk.? just in case this is pure luck.
