Hi All,
I have been running a dual boot Win 10/Zorin 12 Core Lenovo for about a year and a half now. I had a bit of a nightmare getting it set up, (DON’T CHECK THE ENCRYPT CHECK BOX!). Ultimately gave up and took to a local store to get it set up. He didn’t seem to be a Linux guy, but it’s been working well.
About a month ago I ran the software updater in Zorin and then booted into Win 10. It announced the version of 10 on the laptop was no longer supported, as of April 2018. Yea, I don’t do Windows very much. It wouldn’t let me do anything unless the update was completed, so the update was started. In the process it announced that it may need to restart several times. Upon reboot, this:
error: no such partition.
Entering rescue mode...
grub rescue> _
Please help,
