please help

i installed zorin 12.3 ultimate just an hour ago , my laptop froze then when it restarted i got a ubuntu 16 lts

i dont know why it keeep showing up even when i restart the laptop please help i dont know know much about linux

if you bookmarked the download link i would suggest to download the file again and start all over. your machine is 32 bits or64 bits? dualboot? check out first.
