Battery Percentage Indicator

Hey everyone,
It's my first time posting to the Zorin boards, and I have to say, I've found the OS a joy to use (I'm even considering buying it, provided I can clean up a few issues I've been having).

My main annoyance at the moment is my apparent inability to get a battery percentage indicator on the task bar. I've tried a few Gnome editors but neither of them provided the option. I know I can check batter life by clicking the section, but I would like to be able to glance down at my bar to get an accurate indication of the amount of power I have left, without interrupting my workflow. Any suggestions?
