Problems With Setting Up Bluetooth

Hello

I have a problem setting up Bluetooth in my Zorin. I have read previous threads about this but it doesn't help. I can start Bluetooth Manager but options are unable to be chosen. As you can see it can be clicked on the tray and you can choose options from there but that doesn't help much, I still am not able to scan for devices. Also, when I click on Bluetooth Adapters, only a small window with no options shows. And when I click on Setup New Device a window saying 'No adapters found'. I am using Linux Zorin 12.4.

Thank You

I am using the latest version of Zorin Lite, 12.4. And I do not have a dongle nor was I aware of what it was until now. It seems like a piece of hardware that I should be having for this specific situation. Ok, thank you.
