running onecnc windows progream in zorin

hello all.
i need help getting a program called onecnc to work in virtual box or wine. have try before with no luck because it uses a usb hard lock dongle.

question 1 . what number Ubuntu dose Zorin OS 12.4 64-bit use so i can update properly

It's based on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. (long time service)
have you checked onecnc forum?
have you checked the Wine forum?
note you mention 64 bits but is oncnc not 32 bits?
is linux CNC not your potential home?
